Autumn Leaves Fall โ Your Data Does Not
Autumn Leaves is a seasonal game about catching what is briefly available before it is gone. Your personal data, in contrast, is not briefly available to us โ it is never available to us. Your high score is saved in localStorage under the key autl_best. This entry is written by the Game's code running in your browser. It does not drift to our servers. It does not blow across the internet. It sits in your browser, belonging entirely to you, until you choose to clear it.
Server Logs and External Requests
When you load Autumn Leaves, our web server receives one HTTP request and logs it: your IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, and URL path. Retention is 30 days, after which the log is deleted. The Playfair Display typeface is loaded from Google Fonts โ one CDN request at page load. This represents the only third-party data interaction in the Game. No analytics service is present in Autumn Leaves. No advertising platform runs alongside it. No session-recording tool watches your basket movements. The only things falling in this game are leaves.
Children, Rights, and Policy Updates
Every season is for everyone, and Autumn Leaves is no different. Suitable for all ages. No personal data collected from any player. No parental action required. Future changes to our data practices will be written into this policy, with a revised effective date and a plain-language description of what changed.
Your Data Rights
Players in jurisdictions with formal privacy rights โ including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar legislation โ may request information about data we hold. Because we retain only brief, anonymised server-access logs, such requests will ordinarily confirm that we hold no personal data linked to any individual. We respond within legally required timeframes. To submit a request, use the official Autumn Leaves website or repository contact channel.
No Sale, No Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any data with third parties for commercial purposes. If we were ever legally compelled to disclose server-log data โ for example, by a valid court order โ we would comply with applicable law. We would not do so voluntarily for commercial reasons, because we have no commercial relationship with any data buyer or broker.
